The fourth CD by initié has been completed, featuring performances by the fortepianist Kikuko Ogura.
Following the previous release, “The Two ‘Pearls’ of Gundelhof”, we were once again able to use an extremely valuable instrument, courtesy of Mr Chris Marne of Belgium.
Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn—this recording revives the sound of the era, performed on a 1799 fortepiano from the school of master builder Johann Andreas Stein, whose instruments laid the foundations for the Viennese fortepiano that captivated these composers. Kikuko Ogura performs not only works by Mozart, Beethoven, and Haydn from the same era, but also pieces by Eckard and Beecke, who were personally acquainted with Stein. Her delicate yet vibrant playing delves into the origins of Classical music. The instrument’s refined timbre, distinct from the modern piano, and her expressive performance convey the innovation and sensibilities of those composers to our time.

シュタインスクール｜フォルテピアノ：小倉貴久子
シュタイン様式によるフォルテピアノ（1799年製作）、修復：クリス・マーネ
フォルテピアノの名手、小倉貴久子による演奏で、initiéの4枚目のCDが完成しました。
前作”グンデルホーフの2つの「真珠」”に引き続き、ベルギーのクリス・マーネ氏の協力により、今回もとても貴重な楽器を使用させていただきました。
モーツァルト、ベートーヴェン、ハイドン——彼らが魅了されたウィーン式フォルテピアノ、その礎を築いた名工ヨハン・アンドレアス・シュタインの流派による1799年製フォルテピアノで、当時の響きを甦らせる一枚が完成しました。小倉貴久子が、同時代を代表するモーツァルト、ベートーヴェン、ハイドンの作品のみならず、シュタインと直接の親交があったエッカルトやベーケの作品を繊細かつ生き生きと奏で、古典派音楽の原点に迫ります。歴史的な楽器の奏でる繊細な音色と、小倉貴久子の表情豊かな演奏が、当時の作曲家たちの感性を現代に伝えます。
